All data you enter into the App — including class logs, rank progress, promotion history, techniques, seminar records, training notes, and profile information — is stored locally on your device using your device's built-in storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it using the App's built-in Backup or Share features.

If you choose to add a profile photo, it is stored locally on your device only and is not uploaded or transmitted anywhere.
Kaizen Aikido Tracker does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected at all, the App is safe for users of all ages.
